How much does an architect usualy get paid or what is a typical architects salary in uk? I have just read an article on an Architects websites saying that about a third of those studying architecture and around 20% qualified architects had faced stress or anxiety, mostly related to debt or income.

Home workshop, how does it affect my tax?

Hi, I am self employed working in the carpentry industry. Shortly after lockdown began, I carried on some of my works using my garage as a small workshop, previously I carried out works in the clients workshop. Now it has been close to 3 months that I have been working in my garage. It’s to the point now that my garage is majority work equipment and material. It’s actually not that bad, and wouldn’t mind carry on working here if I had to. I am now no longer using my garage for personal use. If I keep it like this does it affect my tax, can I claim anything back?

BnB owner needs advice from property consultant

Looking for a property consultant or manager for a temporary position. I am a landlord and have a few of my own properties which I run as BnBs or short term lets and also have invested with a partner in other smal properties which are also used in a similar manner. Cant connect call, business phone keeps losing connections

It has not been possible to connect your call. Hi I am using a VOIP server to receive business calls. However I keep getting errors when calling such as it has not been possible to connect your call, even though the number works fine on my personal phone. Is it a problem with my VOIP, maybe their software is having problems. Can anyone advise if they have a business number and do they use VOIP? Thanks
