Home working, will it continue or will we go back to the normal?

Will we ever see a point in time when more people are working from home? Given the circumstances its difficult to see a point where as many people will be working from home as they are currently. There’s plenty of sources saying working that they are impressed by the results and found working from home more beneficial than previously thought. I’ve seen on Linkedin managers saying how they will likely encourage working from home and most are looking to incorporate a 2/3 day split where 2 or 3 days will be in the office and 2 or days will be working from home.

Launching new product need someone to manage exhibition stands at events.

Looking for someone or an agency who can manage our display stands/units at upcoming exhibitions. We have recently had manufactured our product and had planned on attending several exhibtions during this summer, however in February this was called off due to concerns relating to Covid-19. Can I use a famous fictional character in my company name?

A business partners last name is Picard. We’re an electrical/hardware manufacturer. My concern is that if we name our self after Picard, my business partners name, we might get some trouble from Star Trek, one of the leading characters is called Jean Luc Picard. In concept, I don’t feel as though we would have any problems calling our business Picard Electrics or something along the lines of that, but if we start showing pictures of drones people might think we are infringing on Star Trek.

Business expenses on personal account?

Hi, just before lockdown I registered a business with companies house. I had an appointment with a bank to open a business account but because of lockdown I never went. I was going to apply online but wanted to go in to ask for some advice. So as of yet I do not have a bank account registered to the business, but have began making business purchases on my personal card. Small things, like website, little bit of promotion etc, I didn’t buy larger things like stock because of lockdown.
