Looking for partner for beauty spa business

I am an experienced spa manager and have funds in place lease several units across the south of UK which I intend to convert in to beauty spas. I will lease 1 or 2 to start with once they are up and running will lease more. I have the funding to lease several units and looking for partners to run the spas or possibly self employed who will rent the spa facilities.
