We specialise in sourcing recession proof property investments using the 2Squared model in Cumbria. We can offer both Buy to Let properties and Rent to Rent although we do try and push more towards the Buy to Let is the returns are much greater. We look to be able to achieve 10-25% ROI. If you would like more information on how this strategy works and how we are guaranteed rental payments every month then please do not hesitate to get in touch with us I will happily provide you with the details you require.
Approximately 200,000 Citibank workers have been told they can have an extra day off, this Friday. This comes after the CEO praised employees for working “harder than ever” during the coronavirus crisis. The staff, of which 80% work from home were told to take the extra day “to relax and enjoy time with your families”.
Hi Everyone, this is my first time on this new website so I thought I'd pop a quick post to introduce myself and what I do! I currently own a property deal sourcing company based in Leeds and we work with investors to help source them properties to use alongside something called the 2SQD strategy. This is a recession proof property investment strategy that provides returns similar to those produced by HMO's as it allows us to almost double the rental income of a standard single-let property.
Hi, I have been creating ornaments/decorations for a family members wedding. Decorative lights and ornaments that can be put on dining tables, window ledges etc As the wedding has now been postponed due to covid a family member uploaded photos of the decorations to the social media profile and now I’ve had a few relatives/friends asking to buy some, I originally said that I would give them away. But more people asked and now I don’t have enough so will need to buy materials and make some more, now I am considering charging for the decorations to make up for my time/materials.

I've worked in my profession now for 20 years and some points I can offer are: Take advantage of all opportunities to learn from people in the field. There will always be more than one way to solve a problem, try to listen to as many opinions and experiences as possible to get the best understanding of how the problem can be solved. If you get the chance to learn new skills you should take the opportunity, science, economics, politics even human psychology have helped in my career. Remember that nobody can do everything on their own.
Looking for a property consultant or manager for a temporary position. I am a landlord and have a few of my own properties which I run as BnBs or short term lets and also have invested with a partner in other smal properties which are also used in a similar manner. Looking for someone to assist with the management of a series of small BnBs for 1-3 months maybe longer if needed. Looking for someone to come up with a management plan with regards to short term tenants or guests, maintenance, property management, supplies/stock, etc. Open to talks/negotiations or just general advice.
Hi. I have some inheritence which I would like to invest. I ideally would like to buy some land and develop a property to leaseout.  I have studied and worked in hospitality so might be interested in developing a property I could then run as a business for a short while.Another option is to by a derelict or void to refurbish I have already spoken to a solicitor and ready to go but have little experience so interested in hearing from or partnering with anyone similar.
Hi, just before lockdown I registered a business with companies house. I had an appointment with a bank to open a business account but because of lockdown I never went. I was going to apply online but wanted to go in to ask for some advice. So as of yet I do not have a bank account registered to the business, but have began making business purchases on my personal card. Small things, like website, little bit of promotion etc, I didn’t buy larger things like stock because of lockdown.
I recently completed a course using CAD. I have used software throughout school as I had a friend who managed to get some software. So found the course really natural and I don’t have any problems using cad to produce building simulations, plans etc. But now what do I do. I don’t really have much professional experience. I did 1 week work experience whilst at school for a construction company but only briefly had any exposure to CAD. I have a portfolio but it’s just for personal projects, nothing professional. I don’t mind working for a company and don’t mind working for myself.
Hi. I run a small property surveying company. We had an application developed in-house to help when carrying out the surveys. Some of our clients have contacted us about licensing/buying the app so they can edit the surveys we send to them. I am UK registered, the app has been developed in English, however I believe some of the companies have staff throughout Europe who will likely be using the software. What are the regs on selling/licensing the application.
