Need property planner/advisor for investment properties in Rangeley area

Hi I have inhereted a large land area with some properties which are in need of some renovation. I would like to take the project on of restoring the properties which I can use as investment opportunities. I'm currently at stage 1, I have the properties and resources but thats it.
