Seeking Investment Properties Throughout England, UK

Based in Midlands. Previously posted looking for investment properties in Midlands. I had a few responses but would like to see what other opportunities there are throughout the rest of the country. I have investment ready, mostly personal and a small amount from partners, looking for a small commercial property or large residential property. Looking for something I can lease out, I may consider selling on but this likely wont be for 5-7 years or more. Looking forward to any replies
